SHIPPING, REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will ship out a replacement item and do not require you to send back the faulty item.

 

International Shipping is currently available to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, South Africa and Asia. Prices shown in the Shopping Cart prior to purchase.

• ALL BACK-ORDER AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL BE ISSUED TO FACTORY EVERY WEDNESDAY 

PLEASE ALLOW 3-4 WEEKS FOR ALL ORDERED ITEMS TO BE MANUFACTURED AND DELIVERED, UNLESS ITEM IS IN STOCK READY FOR DELIVERY OR MARKED AS SOLD OUT.
